Access to the Intuitive Manufacturing Systems, Inc. corporate web site is completely accessible to you without providing any personal data. We may, however, request voluntary submittal of personal data in response to inquiries about our company or our products or to gain access to secured information. If you choose to submit personal data to Intuitive, that information is used for internal purposes only. Intuitive is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data collected on this site, including your email address. Your information will never be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

We also track the general domains and pages visited for each visitor on our site. This information is solely used by Intuitive to determine statistics regarding the effectiveness of our site and possible enhancements to the visitor’s experience at intuitivemfg.com.

Secured Areas

Access to the secured areas of the intuitivemfg.com website (the “Customer Support” area and the “Channel Resources” area) requires a login name and password. Registration is also required to gain access to these sites. Contact information is to be provided by Member at time of registration. By providing this information, Member agrees that Intuitive may use contact information, including Member’s email address, from the registration form to periodically send Member company, product, technical or services-related information. Contact information is also used to ship materials requested by Member and to contact Member when necessary. Intuitive does not share Member contact information with any third parties. Intuitive does not sell its mailing lists. To remove Member information from Intuitive’s database, an email must be sent to customersupport@intuitivemfg.com specifically requesting the removal. Members can view and edit their own contact information via profile pages inside of these secured areas.

Security

The Intuitive Customer Support area and Channel Resources area employs standard security in order to protect Member information. This security, as well as with the transmission of personal data via our unsecured corporate site, is not infallible to devious parties and cannot be guaranteed to prevent all instances of interference that may occur.

Cookies

Cookies are used only in the secured areas of this site to save Member username and password on Member’s hard drive.
